A personal project, we were invited to follow along metal sculptor Joaquin Soto as he took on his most ambitious sculpture yet. Over the course of 4 months we filmed his meticulous cutting and welding process as his 11 ft tall statue was assembled layer by layer. Along the way, we captured his personal thoughts, history, and ambitions, ending with the official unveiling with the city of Grand Prairie.
